Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using postersize ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Description of the Service

postersize ai is an AI-powered platform for finding poster dimensions and creating poster designs. It provides poster size recommendations, searchable format references, AI-generated poster drafts, editable previews, and export tools for print, digital, social, presentation, and large-format projects. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident. You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos, logos, text, or other content that you do not have the right to use.
• Submit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Use postersize ai to create content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass usage limits or security controls.
• Use automated access in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
• Resell or sublicense access to postersize ai without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Your Content and AI-Generated Designs

You retain ownership of the text, images, colors, logos, and other materials you submit ("Input"). You grant us a limited license to process Input solely to operate and provide the service, including poster size recommendations, AI generation, previews, storage, and exports. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the poster designs created from your Input ("Output") for personal or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for checking that you have permission to use Input and for reviewing Output before relying on it. AI-generated designs may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for every printer, trim, bleed, color profile, platform, or audience. You are responsible for confirming the final design and all rights before publishing or producing it.

Credits and Subscriptions

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Credits are consumed when a generation or other billable request is processed. Subscription plans renew according to the plan terms until cancelled. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an applicable offer. Current plans, prices, and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We may change prices or plan contents with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect payments already completed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes.

Poster Size Recommendations and AI Generation Disclaimer

Poster size recommendations and generated poster drafts are creative and informational tools, not professional prepress, accessibility, legal, or brand-compliance advice. Dimensions, crop areas, color appearance, readability, and printer requirements may vary. Always verify the final dimensions, bleed, safe area, color profile, content rights, and export requirements with your printer or publishing platform before production.

Intellectual Property

postersize ai, including its software, interface, visual design, brand elements, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, postersize ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using an AI recommendation or generated poster design. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. Provisions that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new revision date. Your continued use of postersize ai after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
